Your Instructor
Ashley Pardo has been coaching women 1:1 since 2016. She specializes in sustainable fat loss, intuitive eating, and helping women create a LIFESTYLE they love while loving the food they eat.
Ashley was also a private chef for seven years, so she knows first-hand how complicated and exhausting meal-planning can be. Although we talk a lot about nutrition during this coaching program, we also talk a lot about the application of your meals and precisely how you will be implementing cooking & prep in your life.
Having successfully lost 75+ pounds thirteen years ago, and putting it back on and off for another five years, Ashley intimately understands each part of this journey, and knows how multi-faceted it needs to be in order to stick.
Ashley currently works full-time in her online business, coaching women and teaching about cooking, with her doggie Miss Faye in Los Angeles, CA.
